职位描述
1. 5年及以上工作经验。有汽车行业质量管理经验优先。
More than 5 years’ wok experience. It is preferred if experience in auto mobile quality control.
2. 大专及以上学历，工程、技术、质量管理专业优先。
College degree or above, engineering, technical, quality is preferred.
3. 了解机床加工基础原理，装配常识。
Know about basic knowledge of machining, assembly.
4. 具有一定的质量问题收集、分析、改善、跟踪的项目经验。熟练使用5-why, 8D等问题分析解决工具。
Having a certain project experience on quality issues collection, analysis, improve and follow-up. Good practices in 5-why, 8D report.
5. 熟悉办公自动化操作软件；良好的数据收集分析、excel/PPT报告制作能力。
Familiar with software MS-office; Good skill in statistical analysis, excel/PPT reports creating.
6. 良好的沟通交际能力、迎难而上的魄力、正直的品行。
Good communication skills, courage to face difficulties, integrity.
7. 熟练的英语书写能力，能够看懂英文图纸、资料，能够用英文书写邮件，报告。
Written English is required, be able to read English drawing, document, specification…write email, report.
