Senior Sales Consultant – Financial Products (Team Lead)

【About the Role】
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive results and lead a growing team of financial sales professionals. You’ll be the bridge between front-line sales execution and strategic growth—closing deals yourself, coaching others to win, and keeping the pipeline sharp.
You’ll own results. That means leading by example, pushing the pace, refining processes, and making sure no opportunity is left on the table across our financial products: Islamic Super, Home Finance, Car Loans, Investments, and more.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Sales Leadership
61 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to hit individual and team targets
61 Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across lead conversion, upsell rate, and cross-sell metrics
61 Run sales stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
61 Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement improvements
61 Be the go-to for training, objection handling, and deal rescue
2. Personal Sales Execution
61 Own a portion of high-quality inbound and strategic outbound leads
61 Close complex or high-value opportunities (HNW, cross-product, etc.)
61 Set the standard in call quality, lead management, and conversion discipline
3. CRM & Pipeline Oversight
61 Ensure proper CRM usage (HubSpot), hygiene, and lead progression
61 Work with marketing to improve lead flow, attribution, and handover
61 Generate reporting insights—team performance, conversion rates, deal velocity
4. Team Development & Culture
61 Coach new hires, run onboarding, and create internal sales playbooks
61 Instill a results-driven culture with accountability, urgency, and customer focus
61 Liaise with leadership on team resourcing, commissions, and strategic sales initiatives
【About You】
61 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
61 Fluent in English both verbal and written
61 1–2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience
61 Track record of smashing targets while lifting the people around you
61 Deep CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
61 Comfortable with performance reviews, coaching frameworks, and rep accountability
61 High EQ, strong commercial instincts, and relentless drive to close
【Bonus Points】
61 Background in Islamic finance or values-driven financial services
61 Experience across multiple product types (super, finance, investments, etc.)
61 Knowledge of compliance frameworks in financial services sales
61 Data-driven mindset—knows how to build reports and spot trends
【Other Instructions 】
61 The basic salary ranges from 16,000 to 20,000. The company will organize a unified training period. After the training, when you officially start working, there will be additional commission - based incentives.
