1. The candidate should have more than 5 years of project management experience, more than 3 years of solid product development experience in the field of electrification.

2. Have good understanding regarding the key components of an EV system, such as e-motor, inverter, DCDC, gearbox, PDU etc.

3. Have extensive past experience working with external suppliers with good track record. Experience in both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle is a big plus.

4. Good skills with project management tools.

5. Have sound knowledge in engineering and product development processes, process development experience is a plus.

6. Good knowledge on HV e-drive system typology, know the technical trend of e-drive systems and the sub-components.

7. Open minded, excellent interpersonal skills.

8. The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset, should should track record of thriving to create value for customer.

9. The candidate should be innovative, and always try to achieve the best possible results.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead customer application and product development projects, achieve high-quality delivery to internal/external customers.

2. Develop the project management process and product development process for the new business.

3. Lead project planning activity, review all project plans to ensure the high quality of project planning.

4. Communicate internally and externally to ensure stake holder satisfaction.

5. Communicate with suppliers for on-time and high quality delivery.

6. Organize project meetings and reviews.
