电机研发经理-R&D Motor Development Manager

- Provide engineering support to production, operation and other related departments / 为生产、运行等相关部门提供技术支持以确保其顺利运行

Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务

- Provide leadership and guidance for new product design, testing and validation / 领导和指导电动机新产品的设计、测试和验证工作

- Manage motor new development projects / 管理电动机新产品开发项目

-Provide guidance and support to new motor development (senior) engineers and manage their work assignment and job performance / 为电动机新产品开发（高级）工程师提供指导和支持并管理他们的任务分配及工作表现

- Supplier development and support / 供货商支持

- Provide technical support to production, marketing and sales / 为生产、市场及销售部门提供技术支持

Requirements/岗位要求

- University degree in electrical or mechatronic engineering / 机电工程或机电一体化工程大学毕业

- At least 6 years’ experience in a multinational company in a similar position / 6年以上在跨国公司的类似职位工作经验

- Experience with CAD tools (UG preferred), and familiarity with relevant GB, DIN and ISO standards in mechanical design / 具有CAD制图经验（UG优先），熟悉与机械设计相关的GB、DIN及ISO标准

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills / 有效的沟通和人际关系能力

- Able to work on projects in a multifunctional team / 能够在多功能团队中积极参与项目工作

- Good command of spoken and written English / 英语听说读写流利

- Deep understanding of the product development process / 深刻理解产品设计开发流程
