Job Description
In your new role you will:
61Manage customer complaints (Product Quality)
61Manage and coordination for customer audit / quality visit
61Manage customer inquiry (product quality related) /quality interface relationship
61Support for quality contract (i.e. QAA) with customers
61Support design-in projects at major customers (PPAP)
61Support quality improvement activity with customers
61Develop strategy for customer quality and service improvement
61Quality marketing/training to customers
61Manage customer satisfaction improvement program
61Lead/support customer quality team on critical complaint handling
61Coach/support GC QM on package Reliability related inquiry
61Be SME for GC QM on package reliability
职位要求:
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
61Bachelor Degree above in Engineering
616-10+ years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality
612+ years’ experience as Customer Quality Management
61BE/FE process knowledge; Quality control methodology; 8D problem solving; Quality system know-how; Quality audit experience
61Know-how on automotive and power application is preferred
61Ability to work independently and under pressure
61Good skill in speaking / writing in English
61Good communication skills
61Good problem solving and risk assessment skills
