职位描述

工作职责:
1、负责给印度客户介绍公司产品(包括ups电源,精密空调,数据中心等),了解客户需求、解答ups电源,精密空调,数据中心等技术问题、为客户提供产品解决方案;
2、负责产品故障判断、处理和维修,协助客户完成技术指导及提供相关技术培训;
3、负责印度区域内新客户的开发及老客户的维护,保障销售目标与订单的计划与达成,负责该区域展会的参展和技术解答,提升品牌知名度;
4、负责印度市场推广,客户需求的挖掘与分析,客户解决方案的实施与落地,及时为印度客户提供售前及售后服务;
5、收集与整理印度区域市场与竞品信息,输出区域市场分析报表,优化本土化营销素材。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for introducing the company's products (including UPS power supplies, precision air conditioners, data centers, etc.) to Indian customers, understanding customer needs, answering technical questions about UPS power supplies, precision air conditioners, data centers, etc., and providing customers with product solutions;
2.Responsible for product failure diagnosis, processing and maintenance, assisting customers in completing technical guidance and providing relevant technical training;
3. Responsible for the development of new customers and maintenance of old customers in the Indian region, ensuring the planning and achievement of sales targets and orders, responsible for participating in exhibitions in the region and providing technical answers to enhance brand awareness;
4. Responsible for the promotion of the Indian market, exploration and analysis of customer needs, implementation and implementation of customer solutions, and timely provision of pre-sales and after-sales services to Indian customers;
5. Collect and organize Indian regional market and competitive product information, output regional market analysis reports, and optimize localized marketing materials.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,电力/电子/自动化相关专业,印地语/英语可作为工作语言;
2、具有3年以上ups电源,精密空调,数据中心行业售前/售后技术支持经验;
3、熟悉印度市场,有成熟的本地客户或渠道资源,有销售经验的优先考虑;
4、能够适应频繁出差,有较强的抗压能力和自我驱动力;
5、印度***考虑,能够接受常驻。
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in power/electronics/automation, Hindi/English can be used as working language;
2、More than 3 years of experience in pre-sales/after-sales technical support in UPS power supply, precision air conditioning, and data center industries;
3、Familiar with the Indian market, with mature local customers or channel resources, and sales experience is preferred;
4、Able to adapt to frequent business trips, with strong stress resistance and self-motivation ;
5、Preference will be given to native Indians who are willing to accept permanent residency in India.
