This position is responsible for improving productivity and cost of end-to-end internal material flow, as well as ensuring sustainability and reliability of internal logistic flow, including co-activities by collaboration with cross BU.

Internal logistic process, material flow design and optimization
厂内物流流程、物料流设计和优化
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for cost reduction, improving process efficiency and quality, through data analysis and KPI monitoring;
通过分析数据和监控指标，识别持续改进的机会如降低成本、流程效率提升和质量提升
Provide solutions on optimization of existing material flow & information flow
提供优化现有物料流和信息流的解决方案
Reduction in material handling waste, transportation waste
减少物料搬运及运输等操作浪费
Improve space utilization of logistic area, covering production, packaging, warehouse etc.
通过与整体物流布局设计相结合，提高物流区域的空间利用率，涵盖生产、包装、仓库等区域
Improve internal logistic productivity by tightening flow, reducing distance and NAV operations, reducing WIP (increasing frequency of material in & out)
通过优化压缩流程、减少距离和 不增值操作、减少 WIP（增加物料进出频率）来提高内部物流生产力
Warehouse, packaging, transportation improvement and standardization
仓库管理、包装、运输等的改进和标准化
Support manufacturing BU on implementation of KANBAN pull, leveling etc.

Support on regional supply chain resource consolidation and end-to-end supply chain cost reduction

Lean diagnosis by organizing co-activities, mainly within supply chain/logistic field, using lean tools. Work IE and JIDOKA approach etc.

Participate in the overall logistics layout design of the plant, determine the optimal logistics route (internal, external) and the most suitable storage and operating methods. Supporting China logistic (warehouse etc.) strategy

Continuous improvement standardization, promotion and training 持续改进标准化、推广和培训
Support manager on ATOMS BO implementation, provide necessary training and learning to build a communication system and environment of continuously improvement. Responsible for yearly ATOMS assessment and improvement;

Guide and develop the Kaizen ability and will of Blue-collar worker
