Production Intern

1. Responsible for the scheduling and management of the company's production plan, optimizing the allocation of production factors and improving production efficiency.

2. Master the production schedule, coordinate the work of the workshop, organize labor distribution, balance the scheduling of equipment and materials, and ensure the completion of production tasks on time.

3, implement the equipment maintenance and overhaul plan, improve the equipment integrity rate, extend the overhaul cycle.

4, optimize the site management, such as 6S management, to ensure a good working environment and work efficiency.

5. Promote energy conservation, emission reduction and consumption reduction to reduce production costs.

6. Strengthen the cost awareness of all staff, lead internal management, reduce waste and waste.

7. Strictly implement the production responsibility system, process regulations, safety regulations and related rules and regulations, strengthen safety management.

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major is not limited; 985 or 211 is preferred.

2. English level 6 and above, English can be used as a working language.

3. Skilled use of office software Word, EXCEL, PPT; Basic understanding of manufacturing enterprises, and willing to work deeply in this industry.

4. Good data analysis ability, strong pressure resistance, strong learning ability, good at communication.
