Financials Reporting

1) Assist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profits elimination, etc

2) Facilitate and support the submission of monthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiaries

3) Review data provided by subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statements

4) Handle full set of accounts for small entities

5) Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS.

6) Liase with external auditors on year end audits.

7) Assist GL shared service center for adhoc tasks/projects

Review Corporate Expenses

8) Assists corporate functions in the preparation of annual budget

9) Review and analyse corporate expenses and provide recommendation for improvement

IPO and Ad-hoc Projects

10) Prepare schedules required by external auditors during IPO audits
