Lead site to establish a robust SHE & Sustainability management system to keep

AZ a safe, healthy workplace and sustainable environment for pMDI site.

Work closely with pMDI project team and Global SME to have mature Qingdao site

policy and SHE procedure ready by going through whole project management

lifecycle.

Ensure lean digital practices applications to achieve autonomous factory vision

Typical Accountabilities

Project phase (2024-2028)

· Design, setup and develop SHE system and activities to support

project progress

· Fully involved in pMDI site design, construction, qualification

deliver Qingdao PMDI site from SHE and sustainability perspective

· Develop SHE and sustainability standard, process to meeting startup

and BAU requirement based on project experience

· Ensure SHE, GMP and regulatory compliance

· Setup SHE team

· Ensure LEED and Green requirements to be designed and built into pMDI

site

· Digital solutions and data analysis capability buildup

BAU phase (2028 onwards)

· SHE Management for the whole site

· Understands, identifies, assess, manages and reviews site SHE issues

and risks against the SHE management system.

· Acts as a technical owner of a specific area within the Safety,

Health and Environment function with a deep understanding of processes and

equipment employed. Leads and supports each department or stakeholders to

establish and utilize the SHE Risk Management system across the site to improve

SHE performance

· Drives continuous improvement and maintains “license to operate

“through a thorough identification of the SHE issues faced by the site.

Organizes and carries out trouble shooting activities to resolve SHE problems.

Supports to cultivate a SHE culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrate

leadership in SHE.

· Plans, manages the Safety, Health and Environment projects （from

concept to implementation）. Provides expert SHE support to project manager

· Security management for the new site and continuous improvement

· Training planning and conducting for subordinates or vendors in terms

of SHE and Security system to secure team members or vendors are well trained

and qualified to fulfill daily tasks.

· Team management and lead, motivate team to achieve SQSCP goals

· Plan and implement annual budget and cost control in line with

company goals

· Buildup SHE , sustainability and Lean culture in SHE and whole site

· GMP requirement and compliance but not limited to Understand the

impacts of daily work on GMP requirements and product quality

Essentials

· Bachelor degree or above in engineering or pharm related discipline

· Excellent communication and influence in English

· Data analysis and interpretation capability

· Adaptability, continuous learning and learning agility

· Advanced SHE expertise

· Holds a professional Occupational Safety and Health certificate or

equivalent in safety, health and environment

· Good project management skill

· Above 5 years professional work experience with a minimum 3 years in

engineering or pharmaceutical field and 3 years above in management position

Have project or new site startup related experience.
