职位描述

1. Response and follow up customer calls online and offline with passion, feedback customers with positive solution and advise for the product knowledge.
2. Focus on KPIs accomplishment, willing to help team for urgent needs.
3. Inline with the global strategies to focus on customer needs, meeting the requirement of the time of response online to the new leads.
4. Collect distributor monthly report on time, analyze and send to third part for consolidation and report if there is anything unusual.
5. Work with global TIS team for new lead response and follow up, improve company response with quality to customers.
6. Manage sample in sample room, follow FIFO principle, provide best support to the team for on time delivery of sample to win more project through competitions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related field, 3+ years of technical passive electro-mechanical or connector experience in QA or Sales, marketing.
2. Have strong sense of customer service and customer intimacy.
3. A good team player, experienced for teamwork at least 3 years.
4. Must be able to work successfully on an independent basis.
5. Must demonstrate fair written / verbal communications skills.
6. Always positively thinking, seek for solutions in front of issues.
7. Confident and good in communication.
