Production Shift Leader生产领班

1.According to the production plan to arrangement production operator and trace the production status.

根据生产计划合理安排生产人员生产并追踪生产进度；

2.Supervision the production process according to the quality control point.

根据质量控制点，监督生产过程；

3.Responsible for employee development through coaching, coaching, training, motivating, and counseling.

负责人员发展管理，包含对人员进行技能培训，激励及咨询引导；

4.Good 5S management at workshop.

确保生产现场保持良好的5S环境

5.Supervision and manage the TPM inspection, take action plan when need.

监督管理生产现场的TPM点检状况，针对异常做出改善；

6.Make sure safety production, identify the risk in time and modify or improve through action plan.

确保安全生产，及时发现和确认危险生产因素并进行改正及改善。

7.Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.

遵守公司健康安全环境规定，及时向HSE汇报不安全隐患和事件。

8.Responsible for underlings’ safety and ensure HSE rules be followed.

对下属安全负责，确保HSE规定被遵守

9.Ensure BBS and related HSE programs be implemented in department.

确保工作行为安全和其它相关计划在部门内充分实施。

10.Other task assigned by leader.

领导安排的其它工作。

任职资格：

1.At least four years management skill in manufacturing industrial.

经验要求：4年以上的生产现场管理经验

2.College degree or above.

教育要求：大专以上学历，经验丰富者可适当放宽。

3.Demonstrated experience in motivating, mentoring employees and meeting business objectives.

激励并带领员工达成业务目标

4.Demonstrated problem resolution skills i.e.,5S, 8D, 5-why etc.

熟练运用5S,8D,5-why等工具

5.Good time management and organizational skills.

良好的组织和管理能力

6.Able to operate PC based software programs and operate automated business systems.

7.Strong verbal communication skills.
