4. 管理维修与工程的电气&仪表相关活动，确保其符合PPG公司和地方法律的EHS标准

Manage the electrical and instrumental related maintenance and engineering project, ensure the compliance to EHS requirement from PPG and local laws

5. 监视与分析DCS系统设备状态，更新技术文档，包括备件。

Monitor and analyze DCS system status, and update the technical documents, including spare parts

6. 组织进行电气仪表自动化关键设备故障的调查分析，做根本原因分析报告。

Organize investigation and complete the RCA Report on key electrical and instrumental & automation equipment problems

7. 为项目执行提供输入，流程协调，以及供应商，项目质量审查。

Provide input for the project implementation, program coordination, supplier and project quality audit

8. 负责维修人员及设备操作人员的维修技能的培训；

Responsible for skill training to technicians and equipment operators

9. 制定现有或升级控制系统（DCS& PLC）相关的技术解决方案

To develop or upgrade existing distributed control system related detailed technical solutions

10. 作为工厂安全管理的环节，对控制系统以及安全联锁等进行定期测试，故障恢复.

As a component of plant safety management, to regularly test DCS system and safety interlock，repair.

11. 完成部门经理安排的其他任务；

Requires:

1. 6年以上相关电气&自动化有关工作经验.

more than 6 years of relevant electricity & automation work experience.

2. 自动化仪表／电气/机电类专业本科以上学历，熟悉电气，仪表，DCS/PLC自动控制系统.

Bachelor’s degree or above in automation / electrical / mechanical and electrical engineering, familiar with instruments and DCS/PLC automatic control system.

3. 熟悉西门子PCS7，TIA, AB等通用PLC，6年以上的相关工作经验；

Familiar with SIEMENS PCS7, TIA, AB, Omron PLC etc., with more than 6 years of relevant work experience.

4. 熟悉高、低压配电系统维护和照明用电相关维护；

Be familiar with the maintenance of high and low voltage systems in distribution power station and lighting power.

5. 了解化工电气设备的维护、维修、保养；

Understand the maintenance, repair and maintenance of chemical electrical equipment.

6. 熟悉工控仪表及化工设备如压力，流量，液位计，化学储罐，压力容器，流体泵，搅拌器等；

Be familiar with industrial control instruments and chemical equipment, such as pressure，flowmeter，level transmitter ，chemical storage tanks, pressure vessels, fluid pumps, agitators etc.;

7. 熟悉仪表仪器的维护、保养和使用知识；

Proficient in the maintenance, service and use of instruments.

8. 良好的沟通技巧和团对合作；

Good communication skills and team-to-team cooperation.

9. 英文良好，能沟通，能读写；
