Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

A) Product & Sourcing Leadership:

- Management of relevant product portfolio in each category

- Introduction of new products including fact base, positioning, training, forecasting.

- Pruning of product including calculating of cost, improve of quality, reliable partnership.

- Dealing with OEM Household products in each process segment.

- Product Documentation/Specification development and roll out in each market.

- Footprint analysis & Sourcing management (OEM)

- Liaising with factories, governmental bodies & industry organizations.

B) Strategic & Quality Control:

- Pricing tools

- Competitor scanning

- Brand management & awareness

- Quality check and involvement of product improvement

- Tools for Selection Support/ SW development

- KPI, Creating Roadmap overview and details with timeline of each new product

- Able to conduct pre-shipment inspection on product before dispatch

IN ESSENCE: Implement agreed key initiatives on time and budget in order to support achievement of annual revenue targets.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

Required Education & Experience:

- Electrical & Electronic Engineering

- At least 3-5 years successful experience from technical sales or marketing

- Fluent in English

Preferred Education & Experience:

-5 years’ experience from Asian Markets

-Any of the regional Major Languages

-Preferable dealing with household appliances for >5 years
