Finance Accountant 基金会计

Job Responsibilities:

61 Manage capital call accounts i.e. calculating interest, principle, monitoring collateral, comply with parties, etc.

61 End-to-end fund accounting process for PE funds which includes recording of day-to-day fund transactions, Cash reconciliation, preparation of financial statements

61 Calculation of management fees, Accrual and true up bookings, Preparation of investor Contribution & distribution allocation, cash and position recon for Stocks

61 Tracking KPIs and operational updates on daily / weekly / monthly basis

61 Constant communication with the stakeholders on investor presentations

61 Interaction with clients through emails and calls related with operational activities

Qualifications:

61 Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of fund accounting experience

61 Excellent communication skills in English

61 Knowledge and understanding of Private Equity and Financial Services Industry

61 Ability to conduct high-quality project-level conversations with client

61 Self-motivated professionals with proactive approach towards work would be preferred

61 Professional expertise in MS Office with strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

61 Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline

61 Familiar with various accounting tools will be a plus, such as Investran Accounting, Report Wizard , MDM, Workflows, Oracle, Frontier, JIRA, SECORE, Alfresco, Ipacs , Workflows and Investran Ops
