Visual Merchandiser (Temp)

1. Store Display Execution and Maintenance：

- Assist in store display arrangements, including shelf displays, mannequin setups, and window displays, in accordance with headquarters VM guidelines, ensuring the display effects meet brand standards and design plans.

- Assist in supervising the production of display props, decorations, and signage to ensure they meet brand image and quality standards.

- Regularly assist in inspecting display effects in regional stores, promptly identifying and resolving issues to ensure the longevity and consistency of display quality.

- Mainly responsible for Beijing and northeast stores.

2. Project Management and Coordination：

- Assist in managing multiple visual merchandising projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.

- Regularly compile and prepare visual merchandising reports, providing feedback to headquarters on display effectiveness and offering optimization suggestions.

- Manage internal processes for each project, including contracts, purchase orders, and progress updates, to ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Event Support：

- Assist in brand events by setting up related event spaces to enhance visual appeal.

- Support store openings, renovations, pop-up shops, and other event setups.

Skills and abilities required:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experiences in VM function, top tier RTW brand experiences preferred

- Experience in indoor display execution and communication with suppliers, with a strong sensitivity to trends, color, and styling

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Organized, capable of multitasking, proactive, strong time management skills, and a positive attitude

- Good command of English and PC MS Office skills
