Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
- Oversee and coordinate the entire project process and strategic development of hardware and electronic products from the *** sketch to production release in collaboration with the team
- Act as project manager between design, development, marketing, purchasing, and management
- Modern design briefings and manufacturing specifications come easily to you
- Handle price calculations and align with management
- Be in close contact with product manufacturing in China
- Be familiar with creating professional 2D/3D visualizations
- Keep an eye continuously on current trends and competitors in the market to ensure we consistently develop state-of-the-art solutions
- Support the further development of internal processes and design standards
- 统筹协调硬件及电子产品的全流程项目工作与战略开发，从初稿设计到生产交付全程与团队协作
- 担任设计、研发、市场、采购及管理层之间的项目经理角色
- 熟练制定现代设计任务书与生产规格书
- 负责成本核算并与管理层达成共识
- 与中国生产基地保持密切沟通
- 擅长制作专业的2D/3D产品可视化方案
- 持续关注市场趋势与竞品动态，确保开发尖端解决方案
- 推动内部流程与设计标准的优化升级
Job Requirements 任职要求:
- University degree in industrial/product design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable education
- Minimum of 5 years in the development of hardware products and the management of development processes
- Creative mind with a structured working style and a high level of creative and technical understanding
- Bring a lot of empathy and a sense for aesthetic design close to the user experience
- Have an experienced in the development and design of technical products
- Be able to using CAD systems (preferably Rhino)
- Fluent English skills are a must-have, good German skills are a plus
- Have ability to analyze development processes and continuously optimize them to increase efficiency
- Experience in using modern tools and methods for project organization
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic market environment
- Independent, structured way of working and resilience even under time pressure
- Willingness to travel completes your profile (especially regular visits to the main office in Berlin)

- 5年以上硬件产品开发及流程管理经验
- 兼具创造性思维与体系化工作方式，拥有高超的艺术鉴赏力与技术理解力
- 具备用户导向的共情能力与美学设计敏感度
- 拥有技术类产品开发设计经验
- 精通CAD系统（Rhino优先）
- 英语流利为必备条件，德语良好者优先
- 能分析开发流程并持续优化以提升效率
- 具备现代化项目管理工具及方法的运用经验
- 适应动态市场环境的灵活性与应变力
- 在时间压力下仍能保持自主性、条理性与抗压能力
- 接受出差（需定期前往柏林总部）
