新产品开发工程师（Junior）

1. 领导新产品开发团队负责整个新产品流程的开发工作，包括新产品报价、客户产品要求技术矩阵、设计验证测试、新产品首件报告、测试方法验证、工艺确认、 产线验证、小规模试产验证、量产转移等，确保所有工作任务的顺利运行。

Lead cross-function NPD team for overall new product development process, including RFQ, CRM, DVT, FAI, TMV, 3Q, line validation, pilot production and MP, ensuring all of tasks can run smoothly.

2. 领导和协调跨部门工程师审查和解决新产品开发过程中的所有问题。

Lead and coordinate cross-function engineers to review and solve all issues during new product development.

3. 起草和审阅新产品开发中的技术文件，包括报价表, 客户产品技术规范表, 工程图纸， 材料清单， DFM, 零部件检验计划等。

Create and review all technical documents in new products development includes RFQ, CRM, engineering drawings, BOM, DFM and CIP etc.

4. 现场跟进样品制作，收集失效数据，并作初步分析。

Follow up sample building on site, collect data on trouble shooting, and lead to conduct analysis with team.

5. 创建初版的设计验证测试计划，对不良样品进行失效分析。

Create initial DV test plan, do failure analysis for NG sample.

6. 支持维护产品的问题解决和工程变更。

Support trouble shooting and engineer change for legacy products.

7. 完成新产品开发主管/经理指派的临时任务。

Complete the temporary tasks assigned by NPD supervisor/manager.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS

1. 本科及以上的学历,机械工程或电子相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.

2. 2年以上新产品开发工作经验。

Have more than 2 years work experience in NPD.

3. 能够使用绘图软件AutoCAD, SolidWorks优先。

Basic AutoCAD & SolidWorks is preferred.

4. 英语读写熟练，口语优秀者优先。

Fluent English in reading and writing, oral English is preferred.

5. 熟练使用工具解决生产问题者，如5why/DFM。

Be familiar with tools like 5why/DFM to resolve productions issues.

6. 积极主动，善于沟通。

Be proactive and good at communication.

7. 快速反应能力。
