飞机维修产品工程师

1. Maintain the internal technical and quality standard for assigned product to meet the airworthiness by

a) Evaluate the manual revision (include the AD and SB) for any of the important technical change;

b) Evaluate the manual revision, manual revision process, engineering standard, statutory regulatory requirements and quality/audit requirements;

c) Maintain the shop router template compliance to the latest manual revision and ensure all the important technical information transferred to the shop router template. Ensure the shop routers template always comply with latest manual’s requirement;

d) Train workshop mechanic for the latest updated manual revision. Ensure all the important technical information transferred to the related product repair team and production is aware of changes;

e) Communicate with OEM to clarify the technical questions and/or feedback to OEM for the wrong information from the manual;

2. Ensure the technical information issued to the production to meet the airworthiness by

a) Verify the shop routers, which prepared by support engineers, are going to issue to the production with no technical deviation to the latest manual revision and comply with quality requirements.;

b) Verify the shop router templates periodicity to ensure the shop router template comply with the latest manual revision;

c) Support the support engineering team and production to clarify with OEM for the complicated technical questions;

3. Maintain the LTS capability to meet the airworthiness by

a) Define and update the existing product work scopes periodicity to meet the airworthiness requirement and customer expectation;

b) Set up capability for new products to fulfil of the company development target by following the quality and process to create all shop routers, and define work scopes, training requirement, qualification requirements, tools & equipment requirements and materials requirement;

4. Investigate root cause of quality issues and customer complaints and define the technical preventive action.

Qualifications:

1. Bachlor's degree and above. Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, Aviation background is required.

2. 5 years of relevant work experience in the Aviation MRO engineering.

3. Good command of English and Chinese.
