职位描述
1. 客户质量收集,识别出客户的不满意,基于数据分析的结果,确立优先顺序和改善项目。Quality data collection from customer (process and market), and identify dissatisfies from a customer perspective. Prioritize and select improvement projects based on data analysis results.
2. 负责客质量投诉,协调资源展开质量问题的根本原因分析和改善措施,建立或确认8D 报告,措施验证直至措施有效关闭。质量问题经验教训累积、推动在新项目或现有生产中的应用. Handle customer quality complaints. Coordinate the root cause analysis and actions setting up, establish or clarify the 8D report, validate the measures, coordinate and push the actions till close. LL database setting up and pushing implementation in new project or current production.
3. 新项目的质量策划及质量保证, 新项目各节点的质量把控,从样品、小批试制、批量爬坡直到质量稳定(达到设定质量目标)。新项目质量保证。New project quality planning & quality assurance, quality gate review during the project development from sample, pilot till stable mass production meeting the quality target.
4. 客户审核的组织、准备及审核不符合项的整改组织、跟踪直至关闭。Organize the customer audit from the preparation, coordinate the audit nonconformity action plan setting up till close.
5. 客户信息主动沟通及拜访、竞争对手及行业质量信息收集用于内部改进。
Active customer communication and visit. Competitive industry quality information collection for identifying the internal improvement opportunities.
6. 客户投诉及新项目质量保证相关流程优化。 Customer complaint & project quality procedure optimization.
7. 完成领导安排交付的其它事项。
Other tasks arranged and consigned by department leader.
