61 Analyze, evaluate and develop E- components for all Battery projects.

61 Provide electric technical support for supplier and other departments within Battery plant and VW Group to optimize the production process.

61 Establish and conduct process of electric technology evaluation of suppliers for Battery in electric area.

61 Optimize, develop and verify test procedures independently for Battery projects.

61 Organize technical training or seminar related to electric internal or to supplier independently.

61 CT equipment operation and failure analysis using non-destroy test method.

Our Requirements

61 Education: Bachelor degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in electric.

61 English or German proficient.

61 3 years' work experience in automotive field, lab experience is preferred.

61 be familiar with non-destroy test method.

61 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

61 Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
