Role Summary:
Supporting sales activities with customers located in Asia/China, coordinating between customers and DIEHL Metall. Maintaining relationship with customers and developing new project from existing customers and potential new customers. To achieve the annual sales target and DIEHL Electronic Components (DEC) business strategy. The main products are Press-fit Pins, Non-Press-Fit Pins, terminals, connectors, and other relevant.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Existing customer relationship
- Regular communication with customers to understand the request/requirement, as well further needs. Then report to relevant internal teams including DEC sales and management to react in a proper way (continuous improvement, key customer strategy defining).
To build and maintain proper relationship with customers, includes and not limited link and relationship with customers’ purchasing, sales, project management, Quality, SCM, Finance, etc.
- Work with other teams (Product Development, Project management, Quality, SCM, Finance, etc.) and support each other.
- Collect information/Data from local market (trend, demand, pricing, competition, etc.), and making proposal to management.
- Play role as main contact windows for Customer satisfaction.
- Use other tools to guide daily working activities, i.e, FMEA, IATF16949, ISO19001, etc.
2. New business, projects, opportunities, acquisition and customer development. Grab new business according to budget planning.
3. To plan and implement the annual sales target defined by management.
4. Yearly sales budget planning and forecast update.
5. Participate in /Leading activities on marketing, market penetrations, new products/technologies introduction, etc.
Qualificiations:
1.College degree or above.
2.3+ years experience with same products (Stamping, plating, overmolding, connectors, terminals, etc.). Have international business working experience in automotive industry.
4.Good at market management, commercial negotiation for 3 years.
5.Very good oral and written communication skills as well as English skills.
6.Motivated and reliable.
7.Positive and independent personality.
8.Frequent travel within China.
