产品设计工程师

1.Based on customer input, lead the production of new design and development project quotation data, plans, and related documents

根据客户的输入，主导制作新设计开发项目报价数据、方案及相关文件

2.Lead the development of new products (overall plan, DFMEA, 3D data, 2D drawings, BOM, sample review, analysis and improvement of problem points, tracking of experiments, and resolution of related issues)

主导负责新产品的开发（总体方案、DFMEA、3D数据、2D图纸、BOM、样件评审及问题点的分析改进，实验的跟踪及相关问题的解决）

3.Lead the establishment of innovative projects, develop plans, produce 3D data, and track samples and experiments

主导负责创新项目的设立，方案的制定，3D数据的制作，样件及试验的跟踪

4.Design and communication for collaborative development projects with the group HD and other factories

与集团总部及其它工厂合作开发项目的设计及沟通

5.Other work assigned by department manage

1.Proficient in the design and development of headrest and armrest products

精通头枕、扶手产品设计开发能力

2.Proficient in process requirements of plastic parts, metal stamping parts, foam parts, etc

精通塑料件、金属冲压件、泡沫件等工艺要求

3. Proficient in the principles of various headrest components and the ability to innovate headrest components

精通各种头枕机构件原理、创新头枕机构件能力

4.Strong execution and teamwork skills

较强的执行能力和团队合作能力

5.Proactive work attitude and ability to independently analyze and solve problems
