岗位职责

1、Articulatekeyprograminformationinternallyandexternallytostakeholdersandkeyprogramsponsors.

2、Developanddeliverthedefinedprogramscopetoensurecustomerrequirementsaresuccessfullyachieved.

3、Representcompanyinterestsatcustomermeetings,buildeventsandviaothermeansofcommunication.

4、PerformplanningactivitiessuchasWBS,projectchartersandprojectplans.Followdefinedmethodsandproceduresforimplementingnewprogramdevelopmentthroughlaunchofproduct.

5、Coordinateprogramactivities.

6、PerformprogramlevelRisk/ImpactAnalysisreviewsanddefineandrecordrecoverystrategiesincludingresponseplansandroleownership.

7、ConstructandmaintaindetailedGanttchartstotheperformancebaselinerepresentativeoftheSOWdetailedindefinedprojectplans.

8、Performcriticalpathanalysisandworkwithinternalteamtogeneraterecoveryplanstosafeguardprogrammilestones.

9、SupportChangeManagementactivitiestoachieveprogramobjectives.

10、Provideleadershipduringprogramassessmentswithappropriatecorporate/plantpersonnel.

11、PreparevariousprogramreportstoconfirmScope/Quality/Costoftheprogramareontrack.

12、OwnsaccountsandidentifiesandrealizesopportunitieswithintheAutomotivemarket.

13、Buildsmulti-levelcustomerrelationshipstosupportaccountstrategyandcoordinatetheuseofinternalresourcesincludinglocalapplicationengineersandbusinessunitstaff,andoverseasdesignteamstodrivedesignwins.

14、Providesvalue-addedfeedbackoncustomerneedstomanagementbusinessunitsandcustomerserviceteams.

任职要求

1、Aresultoriented,driven,andenthusiasticProgramManagerwithextensivelaunchexperienceatAutomotivecustomers(OEM's)inNA.

2、DemonstratedbackgroundindrivingsuccessintheAutomotiveMarketataTier1supplier.

3、Bachelor'sdegreeinElectronics/ElectricalEngineering/ComputerEngineeringorequivalent.

4、6+years'experienceinnewproductdevelopmentorprogram/projectmanagement.

5、DemonstratedabilitytomanagevariousengineeringdisciplinesincludingSoftware,Hardware,Mechanical,FunctionalSafety,andCybersecurity.

6、ProductDevelopmentexperiencefromquotetoproduction.

7、ExperiencemanagingwithinamatrixedenvironmentincludingQuality,Purchasing,Engineering,Sales,Finance.

8、Stronginterpersonalskillsandateamplayerwithabilitytoworkeffectivelyoncross-functionalteams.
