Product Management 产品管理(40%):
61 Manage operating tables portfolio in SWP (Surgical Workplace) by overseeing product life cycle and developing portfolio map and product mix for China market to drive sustainable business growth.
负责手术床产品线的生命周期管理,制定符合业务策略的产品销售组合以推动可持续的业务增长
61 Conduct market size analysis and develop business case for existing products (GPI) and new product introduction (NPI), ensuring forecasting accuracy.
负责市场规模与商业论证 (Business Case)的测算,确保为现有产品和新产品的未来销量做出准确的预估
61 Introduce MIC (made-in-China) product to market by bringing China market insights to BA team, filling up portfolio gap.
导入中国产(MIC)产品,中国市场的客户需求和竞争情况带给BA团队,填补产品组合的短板
61 Assist in setting up product value-based pricing, increasing business volume and enhancing profit margins.
协助设定基于价值的产品定价以提高销售数量并提高利润
61 Work with RA team to ensure timely product registration and introduction to China market.
与注册部门紧密合作,确保新产品按时地完成注册,引入中国市场
Product Marketing 产品营销(40%):
61 Formulate marketing strategies (STP) and action plan for the OR tables portfolio and promote business growth in respective market segments to drive product differentiation, increase market share and achieve business growth targets.

61 Direct value selling by clearly identifying product differentiators, focused procedures and product messaging of OR Tables in Hybrid OR and Specialty OR.
主导基于术式的价值销售,界定清楚手术床在复合手术室和专科手术室的独特卖点、优势术式以及产品故事
61 Forecast market trends, gaining insights on customer unmet needs, and capturing competitive dynamics to proactively explore potential product marketing opportunities.
预测手术床的市场趋势,通过收集和分析客户痛点、分析竞争对手的动态以开发潜在的产品营销机会
61 Drive new product launch excellence in selected segments by collaborating with cross-functional teams, formulating appropriate product positioning and messaging.

61 Manage relationships with KOLs and collaborate with important associations to plan and implement innovative brand and third-party marketing projects, enhancing brand and product recognition, increasing customer loyalty, and improving customer satisfaction.

Sales Support 销售支持(20%):
61 Support sales team in tendering including bidding parameters, contract templates, quotation tools.

61 Develop marketing tools to enable sales, including e-catalog, brochure, demo videos, product slides, best case sharing and sales talk track.
开发市场销售工具,包括电子产品手册、彩页、产品视频、PPT、成功案例分享以及销售话术
61 Support sales and clinical application teams to conduct demonstration and training to distributor and target customers.
协助销售和临床培训团队进行针对代理商和客户的产品演示和培训
Minimum Requirements任职条件
61 Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering, science in business or medical technology related subject or above.
理工科、商科、医疗技术专业, 本科及以上学历
61 Preferably 5-8 years working experience in marketing, master a good knowledge of technology, buying process and the market in the field of surgical operating table or surgical capital. Candidates who has marketing experience in OR tables or Hybrid OR is strongly preferred.
