Responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement sales strategy, sales plan and sales budget according to the company's strategic objectives, lead the team to achieve the company's sales targets
61 Responsible for developing domestic and foreign OEMs customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations
61 Have comprehensive experience in On-Road and Off-Road industries in China and understand the needs of customers.
61 In-depth understanding of industry development direction, market trends and competitors, adjustment of sales strategy on time, improve market share
61 Responsible for sales team building and management, including team training, performance appraisal, etc.
61 Coordinate the internal resources of the company to ensure the smooth execution of sales contracts and improve customer satisfaction
61 Complete the assigned tasks from immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, chemical engineering, vehicle engineering or related field is preferred
61 At least 5 years of commercial vehicle, non-road parts related sales experience, more than 3 years of sales team management experience, OEMs resources are preferred
61 Familiar with the procurement process of mainstream OEMs, with Having procurement channel resources is preferred
61 Familiar with commercial vehicles, non-road parts market, with keen market insight and analytical ability, familiar with national emission regulations, post-processing industry standards and national policies is preferred
61 Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills and teamwork spirit
61 Proficient in office software and English listening and reading skills are preferred
61 Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to travel
