供应商质量工程师（四大工艺）

1. Responsible for potential supplier audit，product audit and regular QMS review.

负责潜在供应商审核，产品审核及质量体系的定期审查。

2. Responsible for planning, management and performing of APQP for new project.

负责新项目供应商APQP先期策划的制定、管理和推进，

3. Together with functional team to complete OTS validation, mass production preparation and PPAP approval.

组织完成OTS认证，供应商量产准备和PPAP审核。

4. Be able to support improvement or keep in a good level on quality control

协助供应商质量能力的提升或保持高水平；

5. Handle quality issues occurred in incoming inspection, manufacturing process and after-sale. Together with supplier to perform root cause analysis，implement and validate countermeasures.

负责处理进料检验、制造过程、售后反馈的质量问题，进行原因分析、实施和验证对策措施。

6. Responsible for supplier EWR management on product, manufacture process after mass production.

负责对量产后供应商的产品、制程等方面的变更管理。

7. Work with R&D and suppliers to create and update inspection specification.

与研发、供应商对接，完成新物料检验规范的制定和更新。

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

上级领导布置的其他任务。

辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities：

任职资格Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering, electronic engineering or mechanical design related industry

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子工程或机械设计等相关行业

2. Familiar with basic tools of automotive industry: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA;

熟悉汽车行业基本工具：APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA；

3. Working experience in quality management for at least 5 years, prefer 2+year experience in commercial vehicle ;

从事质量管理工作经验不少于5年，2年以上汽车行业相关经验，有商用汽车工作经验者优先；

4. Prefer good knowledge or experience in chassis, steering system, body & stamping, welding, painting, vehicle assembly or testing.

有底盘系统件、转向系统、整车四大工艺（冲压、焊接、涂装、总装）等相关知识或品质管理经验者优先；

5. Good initiative in work and strong ability to work under pressure;

工作主动性好、抗压能力强；

6. Good communication skills and logical thinking;

良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维；
