System Development Engineer

Analyze use-cases and application scenarios, create functional and system requirements, design E&E architecture.

Build functional prototypes, includes the installation of major sensors (radar, cameras, etc.) and DCU, software flashing, vehicle systems modification, configuration changes, and system wiring connections.

Take the lead to validate the developed concepts with prototypes by performing tests in lab or vehicles.

Track changes in project requirements, identify technical risks, and assist the Innovation Project Manager in making timely adjustments to the project.

Build up and implement Innovation Validation Plans (IVPs) based on concept studies and validation results.

Summarize the development results (design, test…) and make transfer to serialization per requests.

Support project reviews depending on the project phase.

Generate patents for protection of innovative solutions in close cooperation with Patent Engineer

Your profile:

Master’s degree or above majored in mechanical / electronic / automotive engineering.

Minimum 4 years working experience in automotive product engineering, R&D experience in ADAS is advantageous.

Good knowledge of vehicle E&E architecture, sensors, DCUs, and other electronic components.

Familiar with CANalyzer/CANape and RCP toolchain, MATLAB, python or C++ is advantageous

Clear mind with logic thinking.

Naturally inquisitive & passionate about innovations and future technologies, high motivation to learn.

Fluent English skills, both written and verbal are compulsory.
