职位描述

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:
Response to the subsidy of Local customer in China market
Busienss development in existing accounts for further growth
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
Achieve the revenue goal and growth plan in each specific customer individually
Set and implement customer strategy and strengthen our market position in specific customer individually
Carry out the competition analysis for specific customer business and point out the penetration plan
Lead price negotiation with customer and achieve the result according to approved price line and budget
Lead and guide the peers from others department for customer communication and relevant activity as the major customer contact window
Lead internal cost study with relative department during quotation phase individually
Coordinate internal resource to meet customer request
Initiate the new product development idea for business growth
Maintain and develop customer relationship with different level person in specific customer
Implement roadmap budget plan and achieve defined sales target and growth expectation;
Other tasks assigned by superior.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
Bachelor or above degree with engineering background. Business Administration or equivalent disciplines are also acceptable.
Min 3 years sales experience in automotive Tier 1/2 or OEM supplier company;
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Willing to travel frequently;
