1. Financial Management and Controlling:

61 Lead and oversee all finance and controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

61 Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial systems, processes, and controls in compliance with local and international standards.

61 Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements to the management team and group headquarters.

61 Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.

61 Ensure compliance with all relevant tax, legal, and regulatory requirements in China.

2. Financial Coordination:

61 Act as the primary financial representative, coordinating financial operations between the Huzhou and Suzhou entities.

61 Harmonize and standardize financial practices to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate policies.

61 Lead the financial reporting for both entities.

3. Strategic Leadership:

61 Collaborate with the management team to shape the company’s overall business strategy and financial planning.

61 Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive strategic decision-making.

61 Lead initiatives for operational efficiency and profitability improvements.

4. HR and IT Oversight:

61 Provide operational oversight for HR and IT.

61 Drive HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.

61 Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure robust systems and data security that support business operations and growth.

5. ERP and Project Management:

61 Lead ERP system management, implementation, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business needs.

61 Oversee the go-live project management for ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Kingdee Cloud or similar platforms.

61 Ensure seamless integration of ERP functionalities across financial, HR, sales and operational processes.

6. Stakeholder Management:

61 Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies.

61 Represent the organization in discussions with group headquarters on financial and strategic matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

61 At least 10 years of experience in finance and controlling, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.

61 Proven experience managing multi-entity operations and leading cross-functional teams.

61 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and go-live project management, preferably with Kingdee Cloud.

61 Experience in manufacturing or chemical industries is a plus.

61 Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.

61 Strong knowledge of Chinese GAAP.

61 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

61 Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational management.

61 Experience with German business culture and medium-sized companies is a plus.
