Analysis distributor demand and make forecast to global supply chain team.

Make supply planning and product can on time deliver to distributor.

Key Responsibilities

1, Supply Planning & Inventory Management

81Base on demand forecast and safety stock, implement purchase order and track coming shipment.

81Optimize inventory level to secure OTD and achieve monthly Inventory target.

81Work with cross function team to coordinate issues occurred to make sure product arrival on time.

81Keep reduction on unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, rework stock.

2, Demand planning & Forecast management

81Review distributor demand and provide forecast to global supply chain team.

81Analysis customer demand and adjustment in time to make on time delivery.02

81Understand customer demand to update supply plan and inventory management in time

3, Delivery and Execution02

81Based on customer demand and inventory requirement, to pull in or pull out delivery from global supply chain

81Follow up closely of delivery plan and make sure global supply chain team deliver to us on time.

81Follow up whole process from supplier delivery to deliver to customer, some action needed like push delivery from Global supply chain, push custom clearance, etc.

4, Reporting

Skills And Abilities

81Planning process knowledge including demand planning/supply planning.

81Complete supply chain process from product procurement to deliver to end customer.

81Able to use Excel/PBI to analyze past trends/history for future planning.

81Good communication skill, teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and constant passion

81Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

81Good command of written & oral English

81Positive working attitude to customer-oriented serving mind-set

81Ability to adopt changing situation and see new possibilities for improvement while thinking ahead. Willing to change and achieving new target.
