Your mission to build a supplier quality assurance team to engage in supplier quality improvement, new supplier development, new product development and supplier continuous improvement. 你的使命是建立一个供应商质量保证团队，参与供应商质量改进、新供应商开发、新产品开发以及供应商持续改进。

岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.Responsible for supplier audits to guarantee all processes and systems are in compliance.
负责供应商审核，确保所有流程和系统符合规定。
2.Work with suppliers to build problem-solving ability to identify root cause and define corrective actions.
与供应商合作，建立解决问题的能力，找出根本原因并制定纠正措施。
3.Coordinates and manages non-conformities with all related stakeholders and suppliers.
协调并管理所有相关利益相关者和供应商的非合规问题。
4.Works with suppliers on actions follow-ups as results of audits.
与供应商合作，跟进审计结果后的行动。
5.Participate in critical new supplier/localization/re-sourcing projects, responsible for sample qualification and supplier qualification process.
参与关键的新供应商/本地化/重新采购项目，负责样品资格认证和供应商认证流程。
6.Coordinates the suppliers’ change requests from the initiation to the end, including standardizing the initiation, leading or assisting in reviewing supplier change requests to assess their impact on product quality.
协调供应商变更请求的整个流程，包括标准化启动流程，主导或协助审查供应商变更请求，评估其对产品质量的影响。
7.Identifies and implements improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the supplier quality engineering and supplier quality management programs.

8.Responsible for coaching team members to deliver results and improve competences.
负责指导团队成员以实现结果并提高能力。
9.Monitor supplier quality performance closely and continuously improve supplier quality capability.

岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements经验要求
1,Over 10 years’ experience in supplier quality function
超过10年的供应商质量管理经验
2.At least 3 years’ experience in team leader/supervisor role
至少3年的团队领导/主管经验
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or similar
本科及以上学历，机械、电气、工业工程或类似专业
2.Extensive experience in a complex manufacturing environment essential, compressor area is preferred.
在复杂制造环境中有丰富经验，优先考虑压缩机领域经验
3.Technical ability in casting/machining/coating is preferred.
具有铸造/加工/涂层的技术能力者优先
4.Must be experienced in all supplier quality development processes and supplier performance management
必须有供应商质量开发流程和供应商绩效管理的经验
5.Proficient in English and Chinese
精通英语和中文
6.Experienced using, training and coaching standard problem-solving tools
具有使用、培训和指导标准问题解决工具的经验
