2．和供应商谈判使公司获得优化的价格，发货，付款条件和服务;

Negotiate with supplier to get better quotation, optimized delivery time, payment terms and service etc.

3．供应商新样品的开发，保证新项目顺利进行;

Develop samples to make sure new project implementation as per schedule.

4．对供应商新产品报价进行分析，确保供应商报价合理;

Organizes, analyzes and presents supplier quotations to requesters for new products to ensure that supplier quotes are reasonable.

5．根据客户要求和市场行情降低成本;

Reducing costs according to customer requirements and market conditions.

6. 国外转移项目和部件的本地化; Transfer project localization.

7．和SQE一起推进供应商质量和工艺持续改进，优化采购成本和质量;

Helping develop, recommend and implement continuous improvement plan to suppliers in manufacturing process for quality improvement, cost reduction with SQE.

8．协同SQE和工程对潜在供应商审核;

Potential supplier audit together with SQE and engineering department.

9．协助各BU采购，保证量产物料满足生产需求。

Help BU buyers to solve problem, ensure product material meeting production requirements.

任职资格：

1.本科学历， 机械、电子工程等相关理工科专业背景优先;

Bachelor’s degree，preferred Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering related background.

2.5 年以上制造行业相关工作经验, 碳刷和汽车行业优先，冲压、注塑等相关工艺;

5 years above experience in MFG industry, preferred carbon or automotive industry with pressing, molding technology.

3.英语书面及口语可作为工作语言；

Workable both in written and spoken English.

4.良好的沟通能力，具备解决复杂问题的能力;

Good communication skills, can Solving complex problem.

5.供应商审核能力， 熟练掌握8D报告， QM五大工具;

Supplier audit capability, able to review 8D report, 5 tools in QM.

6.了解ISO9001, TS16949, IRIS &ISO14001体系相关需求.

Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949, IRIS &ISO14001 related requirement and knowledge.
