We are seeking an experienced Industrial Director to lead the industrialization of our products from technical transfer to manufacturing. This pivotal role involves managing all manufacturing activities to ensure continuous development and adherence to Alstom's standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the proper implementation and full compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS and other Alstom policies and Customer requirements.
-Lead the industrialization of products from technical transfer to manufacturing.
-Effectively manage the industrial team to ensure the timely 100% implementation of new Technology Transfer.
-Contribution to site and Alstom Industry
4.0 initiatives (Automation, Digitalization…).
-Manage site industrial development activities and execute associate deliverables, such as reduce method time and product lead time; enlarge site technical capacity; optimize the CAPEX, etc.
-Manage all manufacturing activities to ensure continuous improvement and development of site manufacturing processes.
-Responsible for manufacturing equipment management(Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio, …)
-Continually enhance team performance and optimize talent development in line with business requirements.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s or above degree with major in mechanical or relevant.
-More than 5 years’ management experience in manufacturing enterprise as mechanical process support.
-Proven expertise in Project or Industrial QCD management.
-Fluent in written and oral English.
-Strong decision-making skills and organizational ability.
-Motor knowledge and French are preferred.
