SQE供应商质量工程师

1、 负责供应商质量管理体系建立、完善；

2、 负责新供应商评价、准入工作；

3、 负责外购件的质量问题分析处理；

4、 负责供应商质量考核管理；

5、 负责供应商质量改善；

6、 负责外购件入厂检验规范的管理;

7、 完成领导交办的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、发动机或机械制造相关专业全日制本科以上学历；

2、10年以上相关工作经验，熟悉发动机的结构、原理；

3、熟练掌握质量五大工具、七种方法；

4、熟悉发动机主要零部件的基本构造及工作原理；

5、熟悉形位公差及技术测量的专业知识；

6、熟悉机械加工的专业知识；

7、英语四级，具备良好的英语表达能力；

8、具备较强的沟通协调能力。

Job Description: Responsible for supplier quality system monitoring and quality control of purchased parts

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of supplier quality management system.

2. Responsible for the evaluation and access of new suppliers.

3. Responsible for quality analysis and treatment of purchased parts.

4. Responsible for supplier quality assessment management.

5. Responsible for supplier quality improvement.

6. Responsible for the management of incoming inspection specifications of purchased parts.

7. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Diesel engine or mechanical manufacturing related full-time bachelor degree or above.

2. Over 10 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the structure and the principle of the diesel engine.

3. Proficient in the use of five tools of quality, seven techniques.

4. Familiar with the basic structure and working principle of the main components of the engine.

5. Familiar with the professional knowledge of form and position tolerance and technical measurement.

6. Familiar with the professional knowledge of machining.

7. CET-4, have good ability of writing and speaking in English.

8. Strong communication and coordination skills.
