Responsible for supporting and coordination of ISO 15189 project activities,

management and training of ISO 15189

software.

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the laboratory quality management

system, ensuring alignment with

industry best practices. Lead the team to achieve organizational goals and

drive continuous improvement and

innovation.

2. Manage and coordinate ISO 15189 project activities to ensure smooth

achievement of project objectives. Establish and

optimize internal work processes and standards to enhance project management

efficiency.

3. Oversee the comprehensive control and assurance of the laboratory quality

management system, including processes,

performance verification, and documentation. Ensure laboratory operations

comply with national accreditation

standards.

4. Establish and maintain an ISO 15189 expert pool and demonstration

laboratory, organize training and meetings to

enhance the team's professional skills and knowledge. Promote knowledge

management to ensure the inheritance and

application of best practices.

5. Promote technological innovation and application to enhance the

laboratory's technical level. Manage ISO 15189

software to ensure effective support and training for technical tools.

6. Organize marketing activities to enhance the brand influence of the ISO

15189 project. Support A & B class customers

by providing high-quality consulting services to increase customer

satisfaction and loyalty

7. Develop annual budgets, manage financial resources to ensure effective

utilization. Submit monthly reports on time,

providing accurate financial and operational data.

8. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

9. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche

Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche

Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and

Environmental Protection

10. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical

Diagnostics or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline 大学以上学历，医学检验或相关专业

Good command of English in both spoken and written 英语说写能力俱佳

3. Good command of

MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件 Experience工作经验: At least 8 years’

experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or 8 years’ similar experience in

the industry 具有8 年以上医院诊断实验室工作经验或相关行业8 年工作经验。
