Assembly Equipment Manager

- Maintain communications with outside vendors and is responsible for scheduling the ordering of parts for equipment.

- Reviews new industry developments and works on special projects as necessary.

- Lead the team, motivate and get them coached

- Responsible for the safety management of the assembly division

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (education, skills, training & experience)

- Bachelor in Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical/Automation engineering.

- > 10 years’ experience in Semi-conduct industry.

- >3 years 1st line hands on experience.

- >3 years working experience in management.

- Open and result oriented, team player, good human approach.

- Familiar with basic process control techniques e.g. SPC, DOE and FMEA.

- Sustain and improve assembly line machine MTBA, MTBF

- Willing to be on-call 24*7.

- Maintenance & Calibration of ASM/ESEC/Asymtek automation equipment.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
