Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
61 You will take a role of Product Manager and take challenge of managing global business and its related products.
61 You make contribution to the SPG (Strategy Product Group) 3~ 5 years strategy and its roadmap by watching out global market needs/trends and competition in main segments or applications, proposing new NPDI, ECR/ECM etc.
61 You keep sensitivity on long-term trends and competitors’ positions and strategies, proactively give proposals within SPG team and make sure own portfolio provides clear advantages over competition and meets major customer needs at time of launch; anticipate trends and upcoming needs.
61 You define own product positioning and pricing.
61 You organize product launches.
61 You coordinate with cross SBUs (Strategy Business Unit)/SPGs and Service. Make sure that related products, software, accessories and services fit well and allow for sound solutions with outstanding and superior customer value.
61 You support to define R&D and PO responsibilities for individual product families. Make sure best locations are selected from a platform, abilities, resource, and cost point of view.
Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
61 You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, automation or related technical fields.
61 You are an experienced professional in B2B market and product management for above 5 years.
61 You have an entrepreneurial spirit: Willingness to take ownership and drive things forward.
61 You have a sense of customer oriented and a love for thinking big strategy and market and
61 You are collaborative and open to communicate with team with cross culture background.
61 Ideally you have a background in the industry domain or are excited to learn and dive into this fascinating world.
61 You have fluent language skills in English.
