职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.根据公司战略目标及部门需求,汇总岗位要求与任职资格,落实相应招聘计划。
2.维护并管理招聘渠道;起草、发布及推广招聘信息。
3.处理全面招聘工作,包括简历筛选、面试邀约、初试、入职背调及人才库建立。
4.分析汇总招聘活动数据,完善招聘分析报告,解决业务部门面临的招聘难题。
5.优化招聘流程,有效满足招聘部门的用人需求。
Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、心理学类相关专业优先。
2.具备英语读写能力(大学英语六级,英语专八,雅思7)。
3.拥有1年以上招聘经验,对招聘流程有了解。
4.熟练使用办公软件,具备文字表达与沟通能力;熟悉面试技巧及常用人力资源测评工具。
5.善于解决招聘数据问题,对招聘分析感兴趣,具备上进精神。踏实主动,沟通及总结能力强,责任心强。
Nice to have:
1.Have overseas study experience, fluent English
有海外留学经历,英语流利
2.Have working experience in multinational company or foreign company
有跨国公司或外企工作经验
What we offer:
1.The working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with two days off on weekends and normal holidays off.
