61 Drives pigment dispersion/qualification activities and promote know-how exchange and collaboration within the Coatings Business Unit.

61 In depth knowledge of coating formulations, coating additives, solvents, paste grinding process, pigment and color science.

61 Deep understanding of coating test methods and customer specification (incl. ASTM, DIN and GB standard) for basecoat technology

61 Advanced knowledge and experience in pneumatic application and electrostatic application

61 Exercise a high level of good housekeeping and Health and Safety Awareness within the Lab and ensure others to do the same.

任职要求:

61 Education: Bachelor / Master in technology, preferably, Chemistry/Polymer/Engineering material.

61 Minimum 3 years’ experience in pigment/paste/Automotive coatings technology, ideally, pigment evaluation experience is preferred.

61 Fundamentally, know-how on particles stabilization in water borne formulations.

61 Be a proactive team player, show initiative and creativity.

61 Fluent English (reading, writing and presenting)
