Your role and responsibilities

Job objectives:

1. Create short team and long term forecast at customer, Channel , SKU level.

2. Collaborate with local sales and marketing to enrich forecast into Demand

plan

3. Drive Local division S&OP meeting to ensure issues/potential risks of

demand, production capacity, supply and Inventory are addressed properly and

timely

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate both short- and long-term demand forecast baseline via statistics

approach at channel, customer and or SKU level

2. Work closely with Sales and marketing team to enrich forecast in terms

sales channel policy, promotion plan, price adjustment, big customer or big

projects, product phase in-out .

3. Align demand plan with Management team and manage its gap with

budget/sales target.

4. Drive S&OP meeting with financial/sales/marketing/ComOps/Factory

5. Provide visibility of demand in week/month/Quarter bucket, downstream

demand plan to Material plan and factory operation plan. ensure end to end

supply chain planning to support sales revenue achievement and business growth

6. Work with financial / OH / Sales team/Factory to simulate OBL/Inventory

trend and use scenarios to manage supply risk, Capacity balance and guide Sales

Operation execution.

Qualifications for the role

1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years working experience in Sales &

Marketing, planning & fulfillment, inventory management and demand management.

MBA preferred

2. Knowledge of MRP/SAP

3. Advanced knowledge of Excel/PPT/Visio/Power BI

4. Strong communication, leadership and influence skill

5. Logical thinking, Familiar with data analysis skill and problem solve skill

6. Fluent in English
