BD Manager

The position plays a strategic role in driving market growth and presence, fostering long-term partnerships with integrators, end customers, technology partners, and ecosystem alliance. The role combines strategic business planning, market development, and operational project oversight to achieve sustainable regional growth aligned with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

●Lead and execute the business development strategy for Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions, covering ASRS, AGV systems, intelligent forklifts, and automation robotics.

●Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and project handover. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

●Conduct market research, analyze competitors, industry trends, and provide recommendations for product and business strategy optimization.

●Support pre-sales solution design and ensure smooth coordination between HQ engineering, product, and delivery teams. Manage negotiations, contract signing, and project execution to meet business objectives.

●Represent Global at industry exhibitions, marketing events, and customer meetings across Europe.

●Coordinate with the technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution proposals meet customer requirements and compliance standards.

●Support project execution and monitor delivery progress; resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

●Monitor market and competitor activities; collect, analyse, and report market intelligence to support strategy adjustments.

●Cooperate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, HR, and Back Office) to ensure proper project governance and compliance with CBS policies.

Qualifications:

●A Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

●Minimum 5 years of experience in the intelligent logistics or automation industry, including at least 3 years in business development or sales management roles.

●Proven experience with ASRS, AGV, and integrated warehouse systems; existing customer relationships are highly preferred.

●Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to lead complex sales cycles independently.

●Fluent English.

●Willingness to travel frequently.
