YOUR ROLE 工作职责

Directly reporting to Compliance & QA Manager, 向合规及品质部经理汇报 -

1. Participate the supplier auditing in the field of social compliance and quality. 参与对新供应商的社会责任与质量体系审核；

2. CAP follow up with supplies 供应商审核CAP跟进；

3. Documents management of internal quality system and data analysis 品质体系文件管理

4. Keep updating with relevant parties the compliance data& performance along the supply chain 与相关部门保持供应链合规数据定期更新；

5. Coordinate on the supplier management and capacity building programs. 供应商管理和培训项目协调。

YOUR CHARACTER & COMPETENCES 能力要求

1. Above 1 year experience on compliance and Quality system. Be familiar with audit criteria and regulations 1年以上社会责任及品质体系维护相关工作经验，熟悉审核标准与相关法规要求；

2. With audit experience on business partners, skilled at factory audit. 具有一定供应商审核经验，掌握工厂审核技巧；

3. Good communication and inter-personal skills. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；

4. Good at time management and team-work. 具有时间管理能力，乐于团队工作；

5. Good at writing in Chinese / English. Fluent in English will be an advantage. 中文写作能力熟练，英语读写熟练，口语流利者优先；

6. Good computer skills like Excel, PPT. can consolidate PPT training materials and summary report very well. 良好的Excel，Power Point能力，能制作PPT培训课件和汇报材料。

7.Bachelor degree, Environmental / Chemical engineering discipline will be an advantage. 本科学历，环境、化工类专业优先。
