1. Contract order design for Centrifugal.

2. Product structure design and drawing

3. To meet contact delivery good quality, cost and schedule.

4. Technology supporting to Tendering for order request clarify.

5. Supporting service team to solving issues in customer site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Mechanical design, qualify and implement technical solutions to customized centrifugal orders.

2. Working with team and operation for the order problems solving in assembly line.

3. Conducts root cause and failure analysis to order issues.

4. Maintain and use lines of communications with other functions and alerts others to downstream effects of design changes.

5. Implement design process and maintian the order design documents in Winchill system– global database.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years working experience or above in mechanical device design developing. Familiar complex mechanism design and manufacturing design concept.

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related specialty

3. Familiar with Pro-e software. Familiar with UG software is better at the same time.

4. Be able to read and write technical specifications in English.

5. Hands-on approach to machining, assembly and trouble shoot.

6. Be able to carry out designs independently and also coordinate with team members from other functions, e.g. mechanical, manufacturing and application, etc.

7. Skills in customized mechanical design from definition into integration on very aggressive schedules and to be cost sensitive.

8. Understandable written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
