2.Strong experience in power electronic as rectifiers, inverters, switch mode power supply (DC/DC converter), protection circuits and gate drivers;

3.Familiar with PCB layout techniques, high current designs and three-phase input voltage up to 480Vac;

4.select and evaluate components like IGBTs, Mosfets, Capacitors, Inductors and so on;

会选择和评估IGBTS、mosfet、电容、电感等元件；

5.Expertise in EMC (electromagnetic compatibility);

熟悉EMC（电磁兼容性）；

6.create schematics using computer tolling (software);

使用计算机收费（软件）创建原理图；

7.Experience with simulation tools as Altium Designer, PSpice, Or Cad or other;

具有Altium Designer， PSpice， Or Cad等仿真工具的使用经验；

8.Conduct hardware testing, including performance validation, thermal analysis and stress testing;

进行硬件测试，包括性能验证、热分析和应力测试；

9.Ensure designs meet industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, UL and CE)；

确保设计符合行业标准和合规要求（如IEC， UL和CE；

10.Hands-on experience with lab equipment like oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator and so on;

对示波器、频谱分析仪、信号发生器等实验室设备有实际操作经验；

11.Prepare technical reports and provide support for internal and external stakeholders;

12.create and Maintain detailed documentation including schematics, BOM and test report.

13.Know-how in motor control is a plus;
