职位描述
1. Be responsible for the daily medical treatment of inpatients, including medical consultation, physical examination, medical record writing, and development of treatment plans.
负责住院病人的日常诊疗工作，包括问诊、查体、病历书写、制定治疗方案等。
2. Be responsible for observing the condition of inpatients, adjusting treatment plans in a timely manner to ensure effective patient care.
负责对住院病人进行病情观察，及时调整治疗方案，确保病人得到有效救治。
3. Participate in ward rounds, report on patients’ conditions and treatment to senior physicians, and receive guidance from them.
参与病房查房，向上级医师汇报病人病情及诊疗情况，接受上级医师指导。
4. Participate in departmental duty shifts, responsible for emergency care, critical care, and ward management of inpatients.
参与科室值班，负责住院病人的急诊、危重症救治及病房管理工作。
5.Participate in departmental teaching and research activities to improve professional skills.
参与科室教学、科研活动，提高自身业务水平。
6. Maintain doctor-patient relationships, communicate effectively with patients and their families to enhance patient satisfaction.
维护医患关系，做好病人及家属的沟通工作，提高患者满意度。
7. Abide by hospital regulations and fulfill physician responsibilities to ensure medical safety.
遵守医院规章制度，履行医师职责，确保医疗安全。
Qualifications 资质
1. Master of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine；
医学硕士或相等学历；
2. Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (or Equivalent) at a hospital and program acceptable to the Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer；
在主任或首席医疗官认可的医院/项目里完成内科（或相等）的住院医师培训；
3. At least 5 years of Resident Physician relative work experience in 3A hospital (Or same level private hospital)
至少5年以上3甲医院或相同等级的私立医疗的住院医师工作经验。
Skills 技能
1.Ability to organize and prioritize;
良好的组织能力，能够确定任务轻重缓急；
2.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
中英双语沟通能力；
3. Excellent bedside manner;
友好接待患者；
4. Be responsible and able to work independently at most of the time.
强烈的责任感，并能够独立完成工作。
