负责海外To B客户
岗位职责:
1.Sales activities 销售工作
1.1Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the Sales Manager/Product Managers to drive revenue growth from existing accounts
分析客户行为、客户反馈和市场趋势,寻找增量销售/交叉销售机会,并与销售经理/产品经理合作,推动现有客户的销售增长
1.2Work and manage customer orders from enquiry/PI toward shipment/payment, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistics or operational issues. Monitor customer accounts for payment follow-ups and contract renewals
负责处理和管理客户订单,从询价/PI到发货/付款,确保按时交付并解决物流或运营问题。
跟进客户付款情况及合同续签
1.3Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally, escalate critical issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution
及时专业地处理客户咨询、投诉和技术等问题,将关键问题上报给公司相关部门并确保及时解决
2.Customer service and relationship 客户服务及客户关系
2.1Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned overseas clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships作为客户的主要联络点,与客户建立长期的伙伴关系
2.2Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives
主动与客户接触,了解客户需求、业务挑战及业务目标
2.3Conduct regular check-ins (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to maintain engagement and satisfaction
定期进行客户沟通(电话、电子邮件、虚拟会议等)以保持高频的客户参与度和满意度
3.Other work related to business assigned by the supervisor 其他指派的业务工作
任职要求:
1.Bachelor or above in commercial or foreign language 商科或外语专业,学士学位及以上
2.2+ years in international sales support or sales experiences 二年以上外贸客服或者外贸销售经验
3.Good understanding of international sales and export processes
熟悉海外销售和外贸操作流程
4.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills 优秀的人际沟通能力
5.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 英语口语和读写流利
6.Problem-solving mindset with a customer-*** attitude以客户至上的态度解决问题
7.Good computer skills (MS Office) 熟练使用微软办公软件Microsoft Office
8.Must be able to travel home/abroad for business purpose能适应国内外出差
