Production Manager

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above，good command of English both in written and spoken

2. More than five years experience in manufacturing production management, familiar with production process and process, semiconductor industry experience, understand CNC production process

3. Rich experience in production workshop management, able to reasonably arrange production tasks, and strictly control the production cost and material loss

4. Have certain mechanical knowledge, and can guide employees to carry out simple maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment

5. Have perfect professional knowledge of production management, quality management, safety management, equipment management and other related skills, have good communication, coordination, organization and team building ability, and can carry out work independently

Job Description

1. Make the production plan and the department target plan according to the production order, and organize the implementation

2. Formulated the department production plan and organized the implementation, managed and supervised the work progress, and implemented the performance appraisal

3. Responsible for the management and control of the manufacturing costs of the department, and for the internal management of the department

4. Responsible for the revision and improvement of the department's workflow management, department post setting and division of department staff

5. Responsible for the management of production safety, and prepare the work skills and production safety training of employees

6. Responsible for the communication and cooperation with other internal departments and other external relevant departments of the company
