Senior Instrument Engineer

Responsible to guide the instrument and automation maintenance and continuing improvement for instrument part of equipment in whole factory. Archive related technical documents.

61 负责制订公司仪表设备和自控系统的保养、维护、检修计划和实施；日、周、月保养及年度检修的验收、归档。

Responsible for instrument and automation equipment maintenance, maintenance plan and implementation, responsible for acceptance and archive for monthly, weekly, daily upkeep and annual overhaul.

61 做好工厂仪表及DCS/BMS系统的技术支持，仪表维护人员的专业知识培训。

Responsible for technical support of instrument equipment and DCS/BMS system of the plant and responsible for professional knowledge training to instrument maintenance.

61 负责工厂计量仪表的校验。

Responsible for the plant instruments calibration.

61 做好与仪表经理的密切配合。

Cooperating with Lead Engineer of Instrument.

61 协助公司进行GMP验证相关工作。

Assist company to complete GMP verification related work.

主要经验和技能

Critical Experience and Skills

61 至少五年仪表设备和自控系统维修指导、持续改进管理经验。

At least 5 years working experiences for guide the instrument and automation maintenance and continuing improvement for instrument part of equipment.

61 有药厂工作经验者优先。

Has working experience in pharmaceutical factory is preferred

61 熟悉在安全区域/防爆区域/洁净室的工作规范，熟练掌握配电盘，仪表，PLC等电气方面的技能。

Good to know how to work at safety area & explosion-proof area & cleaning room, familiar to electrical issue like power panel, instrument and PLC, etc.

61 熟悉电气和传感器方面的相关知识，对DCS控制系统有实际的操作经验。

Good knowledge of automation, instrument, and operation skill to DCS control system.

Be good at: practical experience in field maintenance, safety attitude, team work, committed to result.

61 本科及以上学历
