1. Prepare Quotations/Proposals based on the deep understanding of customer needs, and the integration of inputs from key stakeholders.

2. Establish project objectives, timelines and deliverables. Define project tasks ad resource requirements. Participate in the planning and implementation of project

3. Coordinate internal project activities in all functional departmentsto ensure project is well executed.

4. Drive the project and closely monitor / control project progression to ensure project is completed onschedule and within budget. Reports project progress to all key stakeholders.

5. Support technical team to investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. Issue escalation to Sr. management in STA

6. Serve as single point of contact for client (especial bio-pharm company), manage day-to-day communications.

7. Represent in project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow through action items.

8. Evaluate and assess project result, provide recommendation for future improvements.

9. Provide support to business development team on customer visits, conferences or tradeshows.

10. Ensure the satisfaction of client through the project life cycle,and help to win more business chance

任职资格:

1. Ph. D. or Master in organic chemistry or equivalent degree. 3 -5 years in CRO, CMO or Pharma

2. Get training on process development, analysis,GMP regulations, or production.

3. Cross function working experience is preferred.

4. Excellent in presentation and communication in English.

5. Demonstrated ability in project management and coordination.

6. Good communication, target orientation and team player
